Cursive Alphabet Copy and Paste
Copy one letter, the full A–Z alphabet, or a short name in script and bold script. These are decorative Unicode characters—not the handwritten alphabet used in our lessons.
Your copyable alphabet
Select a letter to copy it, or copy a whole row.
Capital letters
Lowercase letters
Up to 200 Unicode characters. Letters A–Z change; accents, numbers and emoji keep their original form. Your text is not saved.
The practice link puts your plain text in the URL fragment, only when opened. Worksheet letterforms are different from these Unicode symbols.

Unicode: text you can paste
𝒜ℬ𝒞 𝒶𝒷𝒸
The characters stay styled when copied into a supported text field, but their appearance depends on the device. They do not physically join into a single stroke.
Handwriting: a model for your pen
Our handwriting model sits on ruled lines. Use the individual lessons for pen movement, or the worksheet generator for tracing and writing practice.
Keep decorative text short. A screen reader may pronounce mathematical characters differently from ordinary letters, and searching for a plain name may not match its styled version. Use regular text for instructions, links, account handles and anything that needs to be easy to find.

Common copy-and-paste questions
- Are these cursive fonts?
- They are Unicode characters, not a font you install. Copying transfers the characters, while the destination app chooses how to draw them. They do not carry handwriting strokes or connected pen paths.
- Why do some script letters look different?
- Script B, E, F, H, I, L, M, R, e, g and o come from the older Letterlike Symbols block. Device font fallback can make them look different from their neighbours. Bold script uses a complete alphabet without those gaps.
- Can I use these letters in a username?
- It depends on the app and the field. Many usernames accept only ordinary letters, numbers and a few punctuation marks. Try decorative letters in a display name or short message, keep a plain-text version, and check the result on the receiving device.
- Will copying these letters teach me handwriting?
- No. Unicode script is decorative text. To learn the motion of a letter, use its handwriting lesson with stroke diagrams, or print a worksheet. Those letterforms are intentionally separate from the symbols copied here.
